It is important when you use a travel agent you find somebody you can relate to and whom you can trust, of course unless it is an emergency ,shop around a little to see what is in the market, a travel agent sells what he has to sell and receives a reward from the Airline for his effort. I found on several occasions, Island Travel helped us find the best answer to our travel needs at a most competitive price and in a fully professional way so as to take the risk and stress out of doing it myself and at no real extra cost. There was one member of the staff I can really relate to and being able to know you can use the same person to follow through is most important. I have used the the big travel agent before and their service was great also, but Island Travel added a personal touch , also there prices were a little better for the same product, so my hat goes off to Island Travel.
